On the 17th of February world renowned Travel/Leisure website Booking.com hosted the Guest Review Award Show at Palais Eschenbach in Vienna.

Booking.com presents this award to all hotel and apartment companies that have achieved a customer rating of 9 points or higher, on annual average.

In the past year we were again able to provide a satisfying service-performance to our guests and we are very pleased, excited and above all very grateful that our company Duschel Apartments managed  a back to back win in the category „Excellent-Customer-Satisfaction“.

CEO Florian Duschel:

“ We feel very honored as we find ourselves on the same stage as household names in Vienna as the Hotel Sacher, the Palais Hansen Kempinski Vienna and the Palais Coburg Residence.
