There are many highlights in the city of Vienna you can attend, but it’s not easy to get an overview – so the Duschel Family collected all the good events for you. If you are amazed by musicals you can look forward to two different productions. Fans of „Sound of Music“ can enjoy the production in the Wiener Volksoper, where the history of the Family Trapp is going to charm everyone from April 3rd. If you are more into modern music, you have to make sure to get your tickets for „Elvis – The Musical“ for April 10th in the Wiener Stadthalle. For all of you fans of the opera, we can recommend „The Magic Flute“ or „Don Giovanni“ in the State Opera. For our guests it’s perfectly situated, because you can go by foot to the opera house.
Steiermarkdorf and Craft Beer Fest in Vienna
Everyone who likes to enjoy specialties from Styria has to get to the Steiermarkdorf on Vienna’s Town Hall Court from 14th to 17th of April. Styria is going to represent all the typical traditions, hearty delicacies and a wine barrel where you can actually step in. The sound:frame Festival is celebrating its tenth anniversary together with numerous partners, international artists and its community and is going to look back to all of those years with a special program. For all people who are interested in science, Vienna celebrates the „Long Night of Science“ on April 22nd. The entrance is for free and you can actually attend a lot of interesting stations at 48 places around the city. Another highlight in April is the Craft Beer Fest at the eventhall at the MGC Vienna. Numerous brewers are presenting their craft beer, so make sure you are thirsty!
