Launching this December – 7 new apartments

We are very happy to announce, that we will be extending our range this coming December with seven brand new apartments!

Our new location at “Planetengasse” will consist of seven smaller apartments suitable for 1-6 guests – and since centrality is most important to us, they are (as all of our other apartments) perfectly located for your visit to Vienna: By taking the underground U1 guests can easily reach the city center within 10 minutes, where you will find the most important Viennese sights like the Stephansdom, the State Opera or the Hofburg. This makes it possible to conveniently discover Vienna during all seasons.

Another perk besides the convenient location would be the infrastructure around the new apartments. Not only are they located right next to the Vienna’s central station, but also near the “Viktor-Adler-Markt”, which is known amongst its many visitors for its regional produce and authentic marketplace flair.

Our extended range provides as per usual the best comfort for our guests and leave nothing to be desired. They are all equipped with a kitchen and kitchen utensils (coffeemaker, tableware, etc.), a washing machine and dish washer, as well as bed linens and towels. In the summer we of course also provide air conditioning to make your stay as pleasing as possible.

In the middle of preparations

As of now the apartments are still being prepared – currently we are laying floor tiles and installing the air conditioning system and kitchens. We are already looking forward to furnishing and decorating the apartments and installing Internet, SAT- and TV, which will be the next to do’s, we are going to cross off our to-do-list – all will of course happen with attention to detail and in order to provide a flair to feel at home in.

We are very excited to show you our new apartments soon and are happy about the fact, that with our new range we can now offer the best Duschel-Service to couples and families as well.
